How do I sign up for a class?
Click on our “Click Here To View Calendar” and choose the class you would like to sign up for. Follow the onscreen instructions to register and pay.
Do I have to register ahead of time?
We recommend that everyone register online to secure your spot. If the class is sold out, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Everyone in my group is registered for the class, but it is sold out and I can’t get in. Can you squeeze me in?
If the class is sold out, you can sign up on the waiting list by visiting the “Class Schedule” and clicking on the class you want to attend. There is a button to be added to the waiting list. If there are any cancellations, we will call, in order, from that list.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
There are no refunds once payment is made, however, cancellations made at least 5 hours before the event will receive a voucher to be used for another class. The voucher will expire 30 days from date of issue. Cancellations within 5 hours of the event or no-shows receive no refund and no voucher. To get your voucher, please call, email, or leave us a voicemail at least 5 hours before the class.
Is there an age requirement to attend a Tipsy Canvas class?
Ages 15 and up may attend adult parties. Keep in mind that Friday & Saturday night BYOB parties may require supervision of younger participants at the discretion of Tipsy Canvas staff. We do not encourage attendance of minors at an adult class or party where alcohol is consumed and adult behavior is very relaxed.
Can I attend with friends, but not paint?
We have limited seating and only have space for registered and painting customers.
Can I stay with my kid and not paint?
For our kids’ classes, parents are welcome to drop their kids off or stay for the class. Space is limited and we ask that there be no more than one parent per child.
For our family paintings, every attendee must have a paid seat.
What time do I need to arrive for a class?
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to get settled. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best we can. If we are unable to accommodate you, we will issue a voucher to use for another class in the future.
Can I reserve seats for my friends so we can sit together?
Yes, if you have a group of 5 or more who have already registered and paid. Just shoot us an email and we will save you seats. You can also enter seat reservations on the sign up page for any class.
What type of beverage can I bring to drink?
You are welcome to bring any alcoholic beverage to sip on during the adult classes. (We I.D.)
Can we bring food?
Yes bring any food or snack that you like.
Do you have bottle openers and cups for wine?
We have bottle openers, however we do not offer cups.
Do you have ice?
We do no have ice, but we do have ice buckets.
What do I need to wear?
We provide aprons for each painter, but we do use acrylic paint that is difficult to get out of clothes. So messy painters might want to wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
When does you calendar come out?
We publish the next month’s calendar on the 15th of every month.
Is the Acrylic paint safe for kids and pregnant women?
Yes, our paint is water based and certified non-toxic by the Art Creative Materials Institute, Inc.
